01 Who we are
LeadShortcut ('we') is a Portuguese marketing engineering team. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this site, why, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
02 What data we collect
Diagnostic form: name, email, mobile, website, sector and revenue range — the data you submit yourself. Browsing: with your consent, usage data (pages visited, visit source) via measurement and marketing cookies. Without consent, the site runs on strictly necessary cookies only.
03 What we use it for
Form data: to answer your diagnostic request and prepare the proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Browsing data: to measure site and campaign performance. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.
04 Who we share it with
Strictly necessary technical processors: hosting (Cloudflare), lead automation (n8n, self-hosted by us in the EU) and, subject to consent, measurement and advertising platforms (Google, Meta). We don't sell data. We don't pass lists to third parties.
05 How long we keep it
Lead data: up to 24 months after last contact, unless there's a contractual relationship. Measurement data: as configured on the platforms, with a maximum of 14 months.
06 Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any right, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (cnpd.pt), the Portuguese data protection authority.
07 Cookies
We use Google Tag Manager in Consent Mode v2: no measurement or marketing tag fires before your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time via the 'Cookies' link in the footer.
